Dispute resolution

Dear customers:

We would like to inform you that EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes entered into force on 09.01.2016.

The Regulation, called ODR (Online Dispute Resolution), seeks to establish an independent, impartial, transparent, efficient, fast and fair judicial procedure to resolve the various disputes arising from the international online sale of goods and services between EU countries.

This objective should be achieved by establishing an ODR platform (the online dispute resolution platform) in the EU and rules for cooperation with national bodies responsible for alternative dispute resolution.

We inform our clients of the existence of this online dispute resolution platform. Further information can be found in Article 14, paragraph 1 of the ODR-VO – downloadable in PDF format at the following link: http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/ES/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:32013R0524

Additionally, you can access this platform from the following address: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Thank you for your time.
