The products will be delivered to the location specified by the Customer.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping zone (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
For shipments to the Canary Islands, the shipping price includes only "customs clearance at origin." Customs clearance at destination and any applicable Canary Islands taxes or duties are not included and must be paid directly by the customer upon receipt of the goods.

NOTE: Shipping costs for large items are not calculated automatically. You will receive the shipping cost via email with your order confirmation. Shipping only includes delivery to the ground floor; installation and assembly are not included. For orders over 50 kg, the shipping cost will be provided with your order confirmation.
Claims for damages suffered during transport:
– Note the incident on the delivery note from the transport agency, whether you receive the packages in poor condition, or if the number of packages does not correspond to the delivery note.
The delivery note serves as proof of any issues with the condition of the goods. The transport agency will not accept claims if the claim is not noted on the delivery note.
– The incident must be reported in writing to LABOPOLIS within a maximum period of 24 hours.
Labopolis will only cover shipping costs if, due to an error, the material sent does not match the material ordered by the customer. Under no circumstances will Labopolis cover shipping costs if the customer has ordered the wrong material. In such cases, the customer must notify us so that we can send the correct item to our shipping agency. Shipping charges collected from any agency other than those previously confirmed by us will not be accepted.
