Return policy
Only returns previously authorized by LABOPOLIS and in writing will be accepted. To request this authorization, the Client must contact LABOPOLIS directly and once authorized, the conditions for the return to be accepted will be indicated.
Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or does not correspond to the reference and model ordered.
Returns are not accepted for laboratory sieves, nylon and stainless steel meshes, if they correspond to the mesh size and diameter (in the case of sieves) that have been ordered.
The merchandise must be returned carriage paid and in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes.
Merchandise must be received at our warehouse within 7 days of order shipment. If it is not received within this period, the return will be refused.
Once the merchandise is received and as long as it is verified that it is in perfect condition, the amount will be refunded. LABOPOLIS reserves the right to pay a lower amount if the material does not arrive in perfect condition or with all its accessories. Shipping, return and handling charges will not be refunded.
Returns of products that are not returned in their original packaging and that have not been opened, or those whose purchase has been made under a confirmed order and products that once purchased have been discontinued will not be accepted.
In the event that a product is advertised with an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in the price or information of the product, LABOPOLIS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with that incorrect price. LABOPOLIS has the right to reject or cancel those orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for a purchase and the order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of that charge.
Payments
LABOPOLIS no gestiona números de tarjetas de crédito. Los datos de su tarjeta se envían directamente al banco y nadie, excepto su banco puede leerlos o acceder a ellos. Los pagos con tarjeta no están sujetos a recargos adicionales. Cuando paga con tarjeta de crédito / débito las condiciones de partida se aplican en el momento de aprobación de la transacción con tarjeta.
In the event that payment has not been received after submitting your order, LABOPOLIS may automatically cancel your order if payment by credit card or bank transfer is not received within a maximum of 1 week.
Products damaged by transport
It is an essential condition to always verify, at the time of receipt of the merchandise, that it has been delivered in perfect condition and indicate on the delivery note that is signed to the carrier, any incident that may have in the state of the merchandise or the packaging and notify LABOPOLIS of said incident by e-mail to info@labopolis.com. In any case, you must always verify that the merchandise has been delivered in perfect condition and it is recommended to always put it on the carrier's delivery note, UNLESS EXAMINED. If the package shows significant damage with which it is believed that the product could have suffered damage during transport, it must be rejected and info@labopolis.com must be notified immediately.
Defective product
LABOPOLIS is responsible for all expenses derived from the delivery to the customer of a defective product, provided that the customer makes the claim within 7 days of the invoice date. After this period, the guarantee offered by the manufacturer of each product enters into force. The conditions and coverage of the guarantee vary in each case. The customer will be instructed to leave the product ready for collection, packing it so that it arrives in perfect condition and free of labels and adhesive tape. LABOPOLIS will order a carrier to pick up the product and once the product is received, the new one will be shipped.
