The client will have access to their personal data through a password and may change the data at any time. The client can register and unsubscribe at any time. The information we receive when a registration is made is completely confidential and only Labopolis, S.L. will have access to the data.

Price and payment terms
The prices shown on the website are in EUROS (€), are valid, except for typographical errors, only for orders placed through the web. The installation of the products is not included. All prices are expressed in Euros. The prices shown on this website are exclusive of VAT. In case of error in the price of the product, LABOPOLIS, reserves the right to cancel the order, returning the amount of the purchase by the same means that have been used for payment, transfer or refund on the card used.
For the implementation of orders, payment may be made by bank transfer upon acceptance of the order or by credit card (in the case of online orders). For transfers, the full amount of the order must be received, the amounts are in EUROS (€).
Orders placed in Spain or orders from individuals and companies from European Union countries that do not have a VAT registered as an intra-community operator, Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (in these territories, customs clearance costs and import taxes will be borne by the customer).
For companies from European Union countries that are registered as intra-community operators, once their VAT number has been confirmed, they will be exempt from paying VAT, provided that the delivery of the order is also made in that country.
The rest of countries outside the European Union will not be charged VAT, provided that your shipment is also made to that country, customs clearance costs at the entry of the goods and taxes and import charges that could be generated will be borne by the customer. Bank charges and commissions for payment of the order are borne by the buyer, the amount of the order must be received in full to the amount of the order in EUROS (€).
NOTE: It is very important for transfers or deposits that the SENDER or ORDER field indicate the name of the end customer, and the SUBJECT the Order No., Budget No. or Invoice No.
No return will be accepted without our prior consent.
The cancellation of an order processed, in the process of manufacturing or importation will entail covering all the costs thereof.

Delivery times
The delivery times for the products available on the labopolis.com website are from 48 hours to 2 weeks, however, if any reference is not available at the time of the order, you will be notified by e-mail of the delivery time so that you can confirm or cancel said order. Delivery time may vary due to manufacturing or import issues. In any case, once the Client receives our information, the order will be firm if Labopolis does not receive any notification from the client within a period of 24 hours after receiving said information.
NOTE: The delivery times indicated by Labopolis, S.L., are for guidance only, although our company will make every effort to respect these terms, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
Guarantee
Any purchase of a product in our online store labopolis.com has an official guarantee extended by each manufacturer. Said manufacturer will be the one who offers the conditions of said guarantee, it is under his assessment, the repair of the product or its replacement. Said guarantee varies from 1 year to 3 years, according to the conditions of each manufacturer.
In the case of sieves, they do not have a guarantee, once the packaging is opened or used, their return is not allowed.
Nylon or stainless steel meshes are also not changed if they correspond to the requested mesh sizes.
The transportation costs to make use of the guarantee, both for the return and for the shipment, will be borne by the Customer.
This guarantee does not cover damages or defects derived from modifications, manipulations or adjustments that may be made to the product, nor the deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation, or materials subjected to wear due to normal use. This guarantee will not apply if the serial number has been altered, erased, has disappeared or is illegible. This guarantee will not be applicable in the case of absence or loss of the guarantee.
To make use of the guarantee, it will be necessary to notify our after-sales service department in advance, not being accepted in our warehouses any merchandise that has not been previously authorized to be exchanged, returned or repaired.
The benefit by the Client of the aforementioned guarantee is subordinated:
– Notification of the Client in writing to LABOPOLIS. Regarding the apparent defects or the sight of the product, said notification must be made within 30 calendar days following the delivery of the affected product.
– Upon the return of the product in question, with its original or equivalent packaging that ensures its protection, especially during transport, accompanied by the invoice issued by LABOPOLIS.
