Return policy

Returns will only be accepted if previously authorized in writing by LABOPOLIS. To request this authorization, the Customer must contact LABOPOLIS directly. Once authorized, the Customer will be informed of the conditions for the return to be accepted.

Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or does not correspond to the reference and model ordered.

Laboratory sieves, nylon and stainless steel meshes are non-returnable if they correspond to the mesh size and diameter (in the case of sieves) ordered.

The merchandise must be returned freight prepaid and in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with transport seals or adhesive tapes.

The merchandise must be received at our warehouse within 7 days of the order being shipped. If it is not received within this timeframe, the return will be rejected.

Once the merchandise is received and verified to be in perfect condition, a refund will be issued. LABOPOLIS reserves the right to issue a partial refund if the merchandise does not arrive in perfect condition or with all its accessories. Shipping, return, and handling fees are non-refundable.

No returns will be accepted for products that are not returned in their original packaging and that have not been opened, or those whose purchase was made under confirmed order and products that once purchased have been discontinued.

In the event that a product is advertised with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to a typographical error or a pricing or product information mistake, LABOPOLIS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at that incorrect price. LABOPOLIS has the right to refuse or cancel such orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for a purchase and the order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the charge.

Payments

LABOPOLIS does not handle credit card numbers. Your card details are sent directly to your bank, and no one except your bank can read or access them. Card payments are not subject to additional charges. When you pay by credit/debit card, the terms and conditions apply at the time of transaction approval.
If payment has not been received after you have sent your order, LABOPOLIS may automatically cancel your order if payment is not received by card or bank transfer within a maximum of 1 week.

Products damaged in transit

It is essential to always verify, upon receipt of the goods, that they have been delivered in perfect condition and to indicate on the delivery note signed for the carrier any issues that may exist in the condition of the goods or the packaging, and to communicate said issues to LABOPOLIS by email to info@labopolis.com.In any case, you should always verify that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition and it is recommended to always write "RECEIVED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the carrier's delivery note. If the package shows significant damage that suggests the product may have been damaged during transport, it should be refused and you should notify [Company Name/Organization]. info@labopolis.com immediately.

Defective product

LABOPOLIS will cover all costs associated with delivering a defective product to the customer, provided the customer files the claim within 7 days of the invoice date. After this period, the manufacturer's warranty for each product will apply. Warranty terms and coverage vary. The customer will be instructed to prepare the product for collection, packaging it in perfect condition and free of labels and adhesive tape. LABOPOLIS will arrange for a carrier to collect the product, and once received, the replacement will be shipped.
