We advise you to carefully read our purchase conditions before confirming your order. Registration at labopolis.com is free. Customers will have access to their personal data via a password and can change it at any time. Customers can register and unsubscribe at any time. The information we receive during registration is completely confidential, and only Labopolis, SL will have access to it.

Price and payment terms

Prices shown on the website are in Euros (€) and are valid, except in the case of typographical errors, only for orders placed through the website. Product installation is not included. All prices are expressed in Euros. Prices shown on this website are exclusive of VAT. In the event of a pricing error, LABOPOLIS reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the purchase amount using the same payment method used for the original purchase, whether by bank transfer or credit card refund.

To process orders, payment can be made by bank transfer upon order acceptance or by credit card (for online orders). For bank transfers, the full order amount must be received; amounts are in Euros (€).

Orders placed in Spain or orders from individuals and companies from European Union countries that do not have a VAT registered as an intra-community operator will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (in these territories, customs clearance costs and import taxes will be borne by the customer).

For companies in European Union countries that are registered as an intra-community operator, once their VAT number is confirmed, they will be exempt from paying VAT, provided that the delivery of the order is also made in that country.

For countries outside the European Union, VAT will not be charged, provided the shipment is also sent to that country. Customs clearance fees upon entry of the goods, as well as any import taxes and duties, will be the responsibility of the customer. Bank charges and fees for payment of the order are the responsibility of the buyer. The order amount must be received in full in Euros (€).

NOTE: For transfers or income, it is very important that the SENDER or ORDERING field indicates the name of the final customer, and the SUBJECT the Order No., Quote No. or Invoice No.

No returns will be accepted without our prior consent.

Canceling an order that has been processed, is in the manufacturing or import process will entail covering all the costs of the order.

Delivery times

Delivery times for products available on the labopolis.com website range from 48 hours to 2 weeks. However, if an item is unavailable at the time of ordering, you will be notified by email of the estimated delivery time so you can confirm or cancel the order. Delivery times may vary due to manufacturing or import issues. In any case, once the customer receives our information, the order will be considered confirmed unless Labopolis receives notification from the customer within 24 hours of receiving said information.

NOTE: The delivery times indicated by Labopolis, SL, are for guidance purposes only, although our company will strive to meet these deadlines, any delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.

Warranty

Any product purchased from our online store, labopolis.com, comes with an official extended warranty from the manufacturer. The manufacturer will provide the terms and conditions of this warranty, and will determine whether the product is repaired or replaced. This warranty typically ranges from 1 to 3 years, depending on the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

In the case of sieves, they do not have a warranty; once the packaging is opened or they have been used, they cannot be returned.

Nylon or stainless steel mesh is not changed if it corresponds to the requested mesh sizes.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with using the warranty, both for returns and for shipping.

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from modifications, tampering, or adjustments made to the product, nor does it cover defects caused by negligence, impacts, misuse or improper handling, incorrect voltage, improper installation, or materials subject to wear and tear from normal use. This warranty will not apply if the serial number has been altered, erased, is missing, or is illegible. This warranty will not apply in the event of the warranty being lost or missing.

To make use of the warranty, you must first notify our after-sales service department; no merchandise will be accepted in our warehouses that has not been previously authorized for exchange, return, or repair.

The benefit to the Client from the aforementioned guarantee is subject to:

– Written notification from the Customer to LABOPOLIS. Regarding apparent defects or defects in the product, this notification must be made within 30 calendar days following delivery of the affected product.

– The return of the product in question, with its original packaging or equivalent that ensures its protection, especially during transport, accompanied by the invoice issued by LABOPOLIS.
