Manufacture of circular industrial sieves in stainless steel AISI-304 and AISI-316, with mesh sizes from 36 microns to 10 mm. Hoop diameters 544 mm, 754 mm, 1.154 mm and 1.491 mm, with and without tensioning center.
Repair and maintenance
Re-meshing and repair of industrial circular screens with high quality meshes, for all brands of circular screening machines on the market.
Replacement of the deteriorated mesh with a new one, ensuring proper functioning and adequate tensions.
Re-reaming of rings with ultrasonic cleaning systems.
Re-screening of hoops with ball-blowing devices or other screening aids.
Tensioning tables are available for re-centering rings with diameters from 300 mm to 1,900 mm with and without tensioning center, using high strength glues or spot welding.
