Description

The Levenhuk MED 10T trinocular microscope is a laboratory model with achromatic optics for professional research with a magnification range of 40 to 1000x. This microscope is a perfect choice for university students, research work in a scientific center, or clinical and diagnostic work in a medical laboratory.

The trinocular head consists of a trinocular visual part and a tube for installing a digital camera (available separately). The visual part is inclined at 30°, which allows long observations to be made comfortably. The trinocular head is 360° rotatable. The microscope has four pre-installed achromatic objective lenses of different magnifications. The 40x and 100x lenses are retractable. In addition, the 100x objective can be used for oil immersion observations (an immersion oil tube is included in the kit). The eyepieces, with a wide field of view, have diopter adjustment and provide good visibility. All optical elements are protected with an antifungal coating.

The stage is double-layered and can be moved along two axes. The specimens are arranged under an objective lens of the microscope and can be moved with the aid of a mechanical micrometer. Rough and fine focus adjustment controls are available. The microscope's illumination system consists of a bright 5-watt LED lamp with an Abbe condenser with iris diaphragm and filter holder. The lamp is located below the stage and allows observations using the brightfield method with transmitted light. The illumination is powered by an AC power supply. The illumination system also allows brightness adjustment.
