The Levenhuk 320 PLUS microscope is a laboratory model for professional microscopy observations. It is suitable for morphological, hematological, biochemical, and other types of research in laboratories of medical institutions and scientific and research centers. University professors can use the Levenhuk 320 PLUS microscope for teaching purposes to students in medical departments.

The microscope features achromatic lenses that provide a high-contrast, sharp, and detailed image without optical aberrations. The included eyepieces offer a wide, flat field of view, allowing for the observation of large objects with complex structures. The monocular microscope head can be rotated 360°. The magnification range is 40–1600x. A bottle of immersion oil is included in the kit for use with the 100x objective lens.

The samples to be observed are fixed to a stage. The stage can be moved along two axes. A mechanical micrometer is used for the precise positioning of the samples under the objective lens. Sharpness adjustment is achieved using a coaxial mechanism for both coarse and fine focus.

The samples are illuminated by an adjustable-brightness LED from below. The optical beam passes through an Abbe condenser. The condenser's iris diaphragm allows for brightness adjustment. The kit includes light filters that enhance the contrast and sharpness of the observed image. The illumination is powered by an AC adapter or rechargeable batteries (included in the kit). A single battery charge provides 10 hours of continuous operation. Therefore, you can use the Levenhuk 320 PLUS microscope outdoors, on expeditions, and at seminars.
