The new incubator of CO2 Incubator "Direct Heat, equipped with an automatic decontamination cycle, has been designed to offer a stable environment perfectly adapted to cell and tissue culture, taking into account the most sophisticated requirements of those who work in this field, whether in continuous or batch culture.
Cruma CO2 Incubator accurately maintains the percentage of CO2 prepared, while ensuring temperature uniformity and the high humidity level necessary for the stability of the environment required for particularly critical applications, such as IVF and ibridoma cultures.
Large internal capacity of 188.6 liters, which translates into effective usable space of 140 liters (a value that translates into a capacity/effective space ratio that no other competitor can offer) thanks to the particular design of the rack and the 4-shelf system that ensures a support surface of 0.23 m2 on each of the shelves.
Temperature accuracy and precision are ensured by 4 independently controlled and validated direct heating elements, positioned on the 6 sides of the chamber, able to measure and control the temperature with a standard deviation of 0.1 degrees from the set value. The CO2 percentage is accurately maintained by a state-of-the-art IR sensor.
Humidity is kept constant in the 95% by means of a 2.5 liter stainless steel tray, heated by the element placed at the bottom. In addition, the unit is equipped with a programmable ''on demand'' decontamination cycle that ensures total safety.
