The CappForte bottle dispenser is based on the positive displacement principle, where a tightly fitted piston cleans the walls of the glass cylinder, completely removing the liquid. This type of design is ideal for many types of media that are typically considered difficult to handle, such as reagents that tend to crystallize, viscous liquids, foam, or vaporizing liquids.
Equipped with a unique cleaning seal, the dispenser eliminates swelling and freezing of its piston.
The dispenser is extremely easy to use thanks to its sliding and locking volume adjustment knob. Both right- and left-handed users can quickly and accurately set the desired volume. The dispensing tube rotates, ensuring the bottle label is always visible. The telescopic inlet tube is easily adjustable, accommodating reagent bottles without cutting. The instrument includes three PP adapters for the most common bottle sizes.
The CappForte offers enhanced user safety by preventing unintentional reagent flow. Inadvertently blocking the 3-way valve disables the dispensing function. Furthermore, the system can be evacuated without removing the unit from the bottle. The clear plastic sleeve protects the user from cuts and splashes should the glass break, and the drip-free dispensing tube holder prevents tubing movement.
