Description

The CappForte bottle dispenser is based on the principle of positive displacement, where the tightly fitted piston cleans the walls of the glass cylinder, completely removing the liquid. This type of construction is ideal for many types of media, which are normally considered problematic to handle, such as reagents that have a tendency to crystallize, viscous liquids, foam or vaporizing liquids.
Equipped with a unique wiper seal, the dispenser eliminates swelling and freezing of your piston.
Dispenser operation is extremely easy to use thanks to the slide-and-lock volume adjustment knob. Both right-handed and left-handed users can quickly and precisely set the desired volume. The discharge tube is rotatable, making the bottle label visible at any time. The telescope inlet tube is easily adjustable, adjusting the reagent bottles without cutting. The instrument includes three PP adapters for the most common bottle sizes.
The CappForte offers increased user safety by preventing unintentional reagent flow. Inadvertently blocking the 3-way valve disables the dispensing function. In addition, the system can be evacuated without removing the unit from the bottle. The transparent plastic sleeve protects the user from cuts and splashes in case of glass breakage and the drip-free discharge tube holder prevents movement of the tubing.
