PCR cabinet

Description

The PCR cabinet has been specifically designed for gene amplification work using the PCR (polymerase chain reaction) technique.

The inclusion of a timer and the three 15W ultraviolet light tubes allow the complete sterilization of the material deposited inside, as well as the entire work surface, avoiding possible cross-contamination between DNA or RNA samples, which can lead to false positives.

The 4mm thick tempered glass acts as a filter protecting personnel and the environment from exposure to UV radiation. In case of accidental opening of the front of the booth, the UV lamps are automatically switched off for total operator protection.
