The products will be delivered to the place indicated by the Client. Postage paid in the Peninsula for orders over €400 + VAT.
Postage is calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping area (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, the transport price includes only “customs clearance at origin”. In no case will customs clearance at destination be included, nor canary duties or taxes, if any, which must be paid directly by the customer upon receipt of the merchandise.
For shipments abroad you must consult us the amount of the same.
NOTE: The price of the transport of large volume merchandise is not calculated automatically, the cost of the same will be sent to you by e-mail with the confirmation of the order, the transport only includes taking it to the street level, nor the installation or assembly . For orders of more than 50Kg, the transport price will be provided with the confirmation of your order.
Claims for damage suffered during transport:
– Record the incident on the delivery note of the transport agency, whether you receive the packages in poor condition, or if the number of packages does not correspond to the delivery note.
– The delivery note is proof of any incident in the state of the merchandise. The transport agency will not accept claims if the claim is not included in the delivery note.
– The incident must be communicated in writing to LABOPOLIS, within a maximum period of 24 hours.
Labopolis, will only be responsible for the postage in the event that, by mistake, the material sent does not correspond to the material requested by the client, in no case will it be responsible for the postage if the Client has ordered the wrong material, and in this case, you will have to notify us so that we can send it to our agency. Postage due by another agency that has not been previously confirmed by us is not accepted.
