Only returns previously authorized by LABOPOLIS and in writing will be accepted. To request this authorization, the Customer must contact LABOPOLIS directly and once authorized, the conditions for the return to be accepted will be indicated.
Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or does not correspond to the reference and model that has been ordered.
The laboratory sieves, the nylon and stainless meshes, returns are not accepted, if they correspond to the mesh size and diameter (in the case of sieves) that have been ordered.
The merchandise must be returned prepaid and in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or transport adhesive tapes.
The merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 7 days after the shipment of the order. If it is not received within this period, the refund will be rejected.
Once the merchandise is received and as long as it is verified that it is in perfect condition, the amount will be returned. LABOPOLIS reserves the right to pay a lower amount in case the material does not arrive in perfect condition or with all its accessories. Shipping, return and handling costs will not be returned.
We will not accept returns of products that are not returned in their original packaging and that have not been opened, or those whose purchase was made under a confirmed order and products that once purchased have been discontinued.
In the case of a product is advertised with an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in the price or information of the product, LABOPOLIS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order made with that price incorrect. LABOPOLIS has the right to refuse or cancel these orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and that the charge to your credit card has been made. If the amount has already been charged to your credit card for a purchase and the order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit in favor of your credit card account for the amount of that charge.
LABOPOLIS does not manage credit card numbers. The data of your card is sent directly to the bank and nobody, except your bank can read or access them. Card payments are not subject to additional surcharges. When paying by credit / debit card, the conditions of departure are applied at the time of approval of the card transaction. In the event that the payment has not been received after submitting your order, LABOPOLIS may automatically cancel your order, if the payment is not received or by card or by transfer within a maximum period of 1 week.
Products damaged by transportation
It is an indispensable condition always verify, at the time of receipt of the goods, that it has been delivered in perfect condition and indicated on the delivery note that is signed to the carrier, any incident that may be in the state of the same or of the packaging and communicates to LABOPOLIS this incident by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In any case, always verify that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition and it is recommended to always put in the delivery note of the carrier, CONFORM EXCEPT EXAM. If the package shows significant damage with which it is believed that the product could have been damaged during transport, it must be rejected and notify email@example.com immediately.
LABOPOLIS is responsible for all costs arising from the delivery to the customer of a defective product, provided that the customer makes the claim within 7 days after the invoice date. After this period comes into effect the guarantee offered by the manufacturer of each product. The conditions and coverage of the guarantee vary in each case. The customer will be instructed to leave the product ready for collection, packing it so that it arrives in perfect condition and free of labels and adhesive tapes. LABOPOLIS will order a transporter to pick up the product and once the product is received, the new one will be sent.
