The centrifugal sifters is the ideal machine for carrying out control and refinement sifting actions in the product lines, guaranteeing granulometric uniformity and the absence of impurities in the treated product, in food industries are used to screen flour, sugar, essences, spices, additives, etc, in plastic industries for screening raw materials, in chemical or pharmaceutical industries for screening drugs or base products.

The operating system is simple, the product is introduced into the inlet, it passes through a screwfeader, and it is introduced into the separation chamber which is made up of a net basket, here through the action of special rotating bars, rotating at 750 rpm, distribute it across the surface. The particles smaller than the selected opening mesh pass through unloading it into a hopper below, where will be removed, and all those particles bigger than the selected opening mesh will continue through the cylinder to be be placed in a rejected hopper.
