Price and payment terms
The prices that appear on the website are valid, except for typographical errors or price changes and only for orders placed through the website. Installation of the products not included. All prices are expressed in Euros. The prices shown on this website are without VAT.
The first order and the stainless steel meshes or the nylon meshes will have to be paid by transfer to the acceptance of the order, since once cut they can not be returned. The payment by bank receipt will not be accepted for these products. In Spain the Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (in these territories the costs of customs clearance and import taxes will be borne by the customer). In the rest of the countries, the VAT will not be passed on and customs clearance expenses and import taxes will be borne by the customer. The forms of payment will be made by transfer or bank draft. The first order will be paid in advance by transfer. For successive orders the payment will be made by Transfer to the exit of the material or by direct return to 30 days. Possible exchange and banking commissions are charged to the client.
NOTE: It is very important for transfers or income, that the SENDING or ORDERING field, indicate the name of the final customer, and the SUBJECT the Order No., Budget No. or Bill No.. No return will be accepted without our prior consent. The orders of individuals will be paid by transfer when placing the order. The delivery times for the available products of the web labopolis.com are from 48h to 2 weeks, however, if any reference was not available at the time of the order, you will be informed by e-mail of the delivery period so you can confirm or cancel that order. Delivery time may vary by manufacturing or import issues. In any case, once the Client receives our information, the order will be firm if, Labopolis, does not receive any notification from the client within 24 hours after receiving such information.
NOTE: The delivery times indicated by Labopolis, S.L., are for guidance, although our company will strive to achieve these deadlines, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or compensation.
Any purchase of a product in our online store tamices.es has an official guarantee extended by each manufacturer. Said manufacturer will be the one who offers the conditions of said guarantee, it is under his valuation, the repair of the product or the replacement thereof. This guarantee varies from 1 year to 3 years, depending on the conditions of each manufacturer. In the case of sieves, they have no guarantee, once the packaging is opened or used, it is not possible to return them. Transportation costs to use the guarantee for both return and shipping, will be charged to the Customer. This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from modifications, manipulations or adjustments that may be made to the product, or deficiencies caused by negligence, bumping, use or improper handling, unsuitable tension, incorrect installation, or materials subject to wear and tear normal use. This warranty does not apply if the serial number has been altered, deleted, disappeared or becomes illegible. This guarantee will not be applicable in the case of absence or loss of the guarantee. To make use of the guarantee, it must be previously communicated to our after-sales service department, not being accepted in our warehouses any merchandise that has not been previously authorized to change, return or repair. The benefit from the Client of the referred guarantee is subordinated:
– Notification of the Client in writing to LABOPOLIS. Regarding apparent defects or the view of the product, said notification must be made within 30 calendar days following the delivery of the affected product.
– The return of the product in question, with its original packaging or equivalent to ensure its protection, especially during transport, accompanied by the invoice issued by LABOPOLIS.
