Price and payment terms

The prices that appear on the web are valid, except for typographical errors or price changes and only for orders placed through the web. Installation of products not included. All prices are expressed in Euros. The prices shown on this website are without VAT. In the event of an error in the price of the product, LABOPOLIS reserves the right to cancel the order, returning the amount of said purchase by the same means that have been used for payment, transfer or refund on the card used.

The first order and the stainless steel meshes or the nylon meshes will have to be paid by bank transfer upon acceptance of the order, since once cut they cannot be returned. Payment by bank receipt will not be accepted for these products.

In Spain, the Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (in these territories, customs clearance expenses and import taxes will be borne by the client).

In the rest of the countries VAT will not be charged and customs clearance costs and import taxes will be borne by the customer.

The forms of payment will be made by Transfer or by bank transfer. The first order will be paid in advance by transfer. For successive orders, payment will be made by Transfer upon departure of the material or by direct debit within 30 days. Possible exchange and bank commissions are borne by the client.

NOTE: It is very important for transfers or deposits that the SENDER or ORDER field indicate the name of the end customer, and the SUBJECT the Order No., Budget No. or Invoice No.

No return will be accepted without our prior consent.

Individual orders will be paid by transfer when placing the order.

The cancellation of an order processed, in the process of manufacturing or importation will entail covering all the costs thereof.

Delivery times

The delivery times for the products available on the website are from 48 hours to 2 weeks, however, if any reference is not available at the time of the order, you will be notified by e-mail of the delivery time. so that you can confirm or cancel said order. NOTE: The delivery times indicated by Labopolis, S.L., are for guidance only, although our company will make every effort to respect these terms, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.


Any purchase of a product in our online store has an official guarantee extended by each manufacturer. Said manufacturer will be the one who offers the conditions of said guarantee, it is under his assessment, the repair of the product or its replacement. Said guarantee varies from 1 year to 3 years, according to the conditions of each manufacturer.

In the case of sieves, they do not have a guarantee, once the packaging is opened or used, their return is not allowed.

Nylon or stainless steel meshes are also not changed if they correspond to the requested mesh sizes.

The transportation costs to make use of the guarantee, both for the return and for the shipment, will be borne by the Customer.

This guarantee does not cover damages or defects derived from modifications, manipulations or adjustments that could be made to the product, nor the deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation, or materials subjected to wear due to their normal use. This guarantee will not apply if the serial number has been altered, erased, has disappeared or is illegible. This guarantee will not be applicable in the case of absence or loss of the guarantee.

To make use of the guarantee, it will be necessary to notify our after-sales service department in advance, and no merchandise will be accepted in our warehouses that has not been previously authorized to be exchanged, returned or repaired.

The benefit by the Client of the aforementioned guarantee is subordinated:

– Notification of the Client in writing to LABOPOLIS. Regarding the apparent defects or the sight of the product, said notification must be made within 30 calendar days following the delivery of the affected product.

– Upon the return of the product in question, with its original or equivalent packaging that ensures its protection, especially during transport, accompanied by the invoice issued by LABOPOLIS.
